When you access our website, general information is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and the like. This is only information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. This information is technically necessary to correctly deliver the content of websites you have requested and is mandatory when using the Internet. We statistically evaluate anonymous information of this type in order to optimize our website and the technology behind it.
Inquiry form
If you contact us using the non-binding inquiry form, the information you provide will be saved for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for possible follow-up questions. The following fields are used: first name, surname, email address, phone, date of arrival, date of departure, number of adults, number of children, notes.
Deletion or blocking of the data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or for the various storage periods provided for by law. After the respective purpose ceases to exist or these deadlines have expired, the corresponding data is routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (hereinafter: Google). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files that are saved on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
In addition or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can prevent tracking by Google Analytics on our website by clicking the following link (end tracking). An opt-out cookie will be installed on your device. This will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data for this website and this browser in the future as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.
Use of script libraries (Google web fonts)
In order to present our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as B. Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google web fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.
Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – but currently unclear whether and if so for what purposes – that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.
The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of map functions by visitors. You can find more information about data processing by Google in the Google data protection notice (https://policies.google.com/privacy). There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection center.
You can find detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in connection with Google products at the following link: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3024190

Google AdWords
Our website uses Google conversion tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, you will not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can refuse the setting of a cookie required for this – for example, by setting your browser, which generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies or set your browser so that cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com” are blocked.
Please note that you must not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not want measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all your cookies in the browser, you have to set the respective opt-out cookie again.
